Krill oil contains the antioxidant vitamins, A and E along with astaxanthin. These help fight free radical activity in the body. Krill doctor Professional is one of the best products in its class as it has 2x more Phospholipids & Omega-3 DHA and EPA, as compared to other Krill products available in market.

I've been doing it all, with good results.

Fish oil, egg/day, MSM 1g 3x/day, Grass-fed beef broth (it has the glucosamine/chondroitin), K2, Ipriflavone, magnesium/potassium taurate, good miineral supplement, plus other supplements.

All this helps, but the most dramatic reduction in arthritis pain happened after I cut out grains -- I tested sensitive to them and my arthritis let me know about it. I felt resurrected; after 2 days of not eating grains about 80% of the pain went away.

I've also developed new cartilage -- there's more bounce in my step.

At 79, I've found that my body, given a chance, can heal itself.

Hi,

I can definitely vouch for the beneficial effects of Fish oils, and I've been also taking Cod Liver Oil (which no longer tastes bad at all....from Health Food Store (Barleen's etc.). I also put Flax seed oil in my super whey powder in the mornings (the good kind from Dr. Jonny Bowden's recommendation). All of this helped my arthritis tremendously...to the point that I can walk and move without pain now!!!! (Three years ago, I was on a walker, but eliminated sugars and carbs and toxic foods, along with eating organic eggs, veggies, and fruits, and meats, poultry. It truly works to stop inflammation. Thanks to the advice of doctors who know about nutrition and health (thanks again, Dr. Bowden).

yes they do and no we shouldn't avoid them. Arachadonic acid is an important fatty acid and only becomes a problem (inflammatory) when there is no balance with omega-3's. If we get enough omega-3's there should be no problem with what's found in egg yolks. and the vast array of other good stuff in the yolks is plenty of reason to include them

Don't egg yolks have high concentrations of arachidonic acid and should we therefore avoid yolks? What about organic eggs or eggs high in omega-3's?
