I have hypothyroidism and don&#039;t loose weight easily, but I do gain MORE weight when i don&#039;t exercise! I eat healthy, juice in the mornings or smoothies, raw or semi raw lunch and healthful dinner. I avoid fast food, fried food, sweets, etc. So, I agree you cannot eat like a pig and workout to off set it, but most of us that exercise everyday, do it for weight management or loss. I have friends who eat like hell and don&#039;t exercise and are not fat, they don&#039;t look healthy, but are not fat. I think you need to preach balance of eating well, exercise and avoidance of smoking and alcohol. Exercise will cure many things, including weight loss....</description>
